All purchases from linenhouse.com are backed by our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

To receive a full refund for change of mind, you must ensure that your product is:

  • In its original packaging and unopened
  • In a saleable condition
  • Item/s must not be washed or used

If your ordered product proves to be faulty, please contact us at support@linenhouse.com.

Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We do not accept items to be exchanged. If you return an item via post to be exchanged, it will be processed according to our returns policy. Please read our terms and conditions about our online returns policy.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your unopened order in its original packaging within the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period. Doing so is free via Parcel Point, or at your own expense via Australia Post.




A FEW EASY STEPS TO RETURNING ITEMS POLICY

You can return your items for free via Parcel Point or at your own expense via Australia Post (excludes bulk items).

Parcel Point:

1. Visit http://parcelpoint.com.au/linenhouse/return, follow the process to book your return then print off your shipping label.

2. Package your return and attach the shipping label to your parcel.

3. Visit your nearest ParcelPoint outlet and drop off your parcel.


Australia Post:

1. Package your return and address it with the following information:

2. Visit your nearest Australia Post Office and drop off your parcel.


Returning Bulk Items:

You'll find ParcelPoint in most convenience stores, pharmacies and newsagencies, all of which are open 7 days a week and until late for your convenience.




ONLINE RETURNS POLICY | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your unopened order in its original packaging within the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period.

The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee will commence from the date you receive your product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.



Bulky Items

Please choose carefully when purchasing any products that are defined as bulky.

We will honour a change of mind in line with our terms and conditions for online returns, however, postage will be incurred at your expense and the goods must remain in their original condition to obtain a refund.



Delivery charges will not be refunded.

OUTLET STORE RETURNS POLICY | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note the following Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in store only.

For online purchases, please refer to the Online Returns Policy above.

Linen House is willing to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind with the following conditions:

1. Item/s must be returned with all packaging materials.
2. Item/s must be in saleable condition.
3. Item/s must not be used or washed.
4. The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
5. The action must take place within 30 days of the dated receipt or proof of purchase.


We are not able to offer credit notes or vouchers for our outlet stores at this time.

We cannot accept any returns in store from customers who have purchased through www.linenhouse.com or any other retailer.




WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Linen House is committed to honouring its obligations at law and providing you with an appropriate remedy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
